"Brennan's has been servicing my furnace and AC since I have moved into my house in 2014. They are dependable and informative. Every time they have been in my home they have been very respectful and cleaned up when they are done. I have two large dogs and they shed a lot. Brennan's does duct cleaning and that was amazing to have done. I will continue to use them in the future."

"Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning has been absolutely FANTASIC! We just moved into our home at the beginning of May and the previous owners used a different HVAC company to service the geo-thermal and we had called them before calling Brennan and to say the least, we weren't the least bit impressed. The previous company said our system had no issues other than the drain was plugged up. We were still having problems with our system locking out and not cooling, so after some searching, I called Brennan. They quickly had someone out to our house to diagnose the problem. They were here a few days later once the part came in to replace it. Brandon the technician they sent out was fantastic! Fast forward to this weekend, an issue Bradon had found on the previous trip out (that we were hoping wouldn't cause issues for another 6 months) caused problems causing our air to go out. He came out at 6 pm on Saturday night and confirmed that was the problem. First thing this morning he drove to get the part we needed and was here by 8:30 am! He is going through the entire system and verifying that no other issues are present and taking care of anything he finds. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about their customer service and I could not be happier with who I chose to take a second look at our system. They have our loyalty forever and I wish I could do more than write a Google review! If you are needing an HVAC company to service your system, give them a call and you will NOT be disappointed!"

"I have a son with severe cerebral palsy and other complex medical issues. One of them is Dysautonomia which makes his body unable to regulate its core temperature. This means his normal temp is about 96 degrees. If he goes outside when it’s hot or he is exerting himself his temp will increase and has gone as high has 105.3. So when our AC quit working this summer on what seemed like the hottest day of the year it was a Friday at about 5:15pm. I felt so bad calling right after working hours but they had an after hours service and a tech called me back immediately. He came out and got us up and running again (thank you Brandon). As it turned out we needed to replace it but it was going to last the summer. In fact it lasted thru Sept and we had them do the new install etc 10/13/23 when outside temps were much cooler. Unfortunately, the following Mon into Tues last week, it got cold enough we had to turn the heater on cause just as higher temps cause my son’s core temp to rise, colder temps make him even more hypothermic than his normal 96 degrees. I called on Tues to set an appt Wed 8AM (we weren’t home Tues). The tech came out and our heater is shot. So last Thurs I swung by office and paid off the AC plus the deposit for the heater. They’ll be here first thing Tues AM to do it. For everyone that’s cold but me, couple space heaters during the day has gotten us by. I totally recommend their services. They were very quick to come out and from deposit/order time to install completion has been fantastic. The AC was 4 days and the heater is 6 days (counting Sat & Sun). Prices are as expected. Estimates with options were given and unlike AirServe they didn’t try to con me into replacing all the ventilation and rerouting the exhaust pipe. Kirk, techs & office staff are all friendly and easy to work with. I don’t have to worry about how I’m going to keep the temp in my son’s room just right. Just unfortunate for us that the heater went out 3-4 days after we had the AC replaced."
